LaserCare MICR toner is guaranteed to produce MICR-encoded checks readable by financial institutions, the Federal Reserve System, and the Canadian Payments Association when used as instructed with appropriate supporting equipment and software (software needs to support specific printer MICR fonts and placement). In the event the LaserCare system does not produce MICR-encoded checks reliable by financial institutions, the Federal Reserve System, and the Canadian Payments Association, then LaserCare will pay all customary and reasonable bank charges charged to the customer by the bank due to the processing of inadequate MICR-encoded bank checks. This is the sole remedy under this guarantee. Failure to properly store handle and install LaserCare MICR toner and comply with manufacturer recommended printer operating environment, maintenance and monthly rate duty cycle voids this MICR guarantee.
